Our Story: The Sisterhood of TBI Solutions LLC and TBI Residential Rehab
TBI Solutions LLC began in 2007 as a Behavioral Health outpatient clinic, founded by Nina Lang with a vision of providing compassionate, accessible care to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Over time, the clinic began serving more and more individuals with traumatic brain injuries—clients who often had overlapping behavioral, cognitive, and medical rehabilitation needs. Rather than send these individuals elsewhere, Ms. Lang made the decision to grow the clinic’s scope, bringing all essential services under one roof. This evolution marked the beginning of what would become a highly specialized outpatient program for individuals with brain injuries, combining therapeutic, behavioral, and medical rehabilitation services in one integrated setting.
As TBI Solutions continued to grow, a clear need emerged: individuals with TBI not only required outpatient care but also needed safe, structured, and supportive places to live—environments that understood the unique needs of neurorehabilitation. In response, Ms. Lang founded TBI Residential Rehab in 2013, creating a home-based solution that extended the clinic’s continuum of care into the community.
Together, TBI Solutions LLC and TBI Residential Rehab form a powerful sisterhood—two organizations, one mission. They share staff, leadership, and a deeply held belief in meeting individuals where they are, with respect, dignity, and purpose. Whether it’s in the clinic or in the home, these programs are designed to ensure continuity of care and stability for individuals recovering from brain injuries.
This partnership stands apart not only for its clinical integration, but for its origin in advocacy. Born from gaps in the system and grown with heart, these sister organizations have become a trusted and person-centered model of care for those living with brain injuries and complex needs.
