On March 23, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer released the Stay Safe, Stay Home Executive Order. Under this order health care facility workers are defined as essential workers and should continue providing services. *This order took effect on March 24, 2020 at 12:01 am and continues through April 13, 2020 at 11:59 pm. As a Substance Use Disorder Program Licensed and CARF Accredited Behavioral Health and Medical Rehabilitation Health Care Facility, TBI Solutions is a business that is deemed essential during this time and is required under the Governor’s order to allow to continue services for our clients.
TBI Solutions therapists are continuing to provide outpatient therapy and activities programming to clients through teletherapy in the areas of speech, music, yoga, art and mental health. Therapy is conducted through phone or Zoom sessions. We would like to stay as connected as possible to our clients and their team and are able to schedule client care conferences through teletherapy. Please contact Amy Donow, Director of Clinical Services for scheduling.
We have limited the number of working individuals in the building to only staff who are essential to performing the daily operations of the business: The Administrative Assistant and the Director of Clinical Services. There are no visitors allowed in the building except for office deliveries and these visitors will be health screened upon entering the building. Office staff are continuing to engage in preventative measures by adhering to the following:
- Social distancing spaced no less than 6 feet apart.
- Regular cleaning of the office with CDC approved cleaning agents
- Employee health screening
The office will continue to operate during regular business hours, M-F 9am-5pm. Please contact the office if you need assistance.

*Executive Order Update: On March 29, 2020, President Donald Trump extended federal stay-at-home guidelines through April 30, 2020. TBI Solutions is adhering to this new time frame and will continue to adhere to all orders and recommendations issued by federal and state authorities.
